Do you ship internationally?
We are proud to offer our unique and extraordinary pieces to the world. All of our international orders are shipped through FedEx, fully insured. Your package is handled with the utmost care through out the shipping process and delivery is guaranteed.

What are your shipping terms and do you offer insurance?
All packages are shipped and fully insured through FedEx. As always your shipping charges are free! Shipments are one hundred percent guaranteed and risk-free. Packages must be signed for at time of delivery.

Do you offer fraud protection?
We are very careful with all shipments and each and every package must go through a series of fraud protection initiatives before the package is sent out. We only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card.

For shipments to an alternate shipping address: You must contact your credit card company and request for a note to be placed on your account with the alternate address so that we can call and verify. We can then ship to the alternate address. Wire transfer payments are eligible for shipment to any address.

Do you charge tax for international orders?
Value added tax (VAT) is charged to all international clients by your local customs or duties office. VAT charges are based on the location of the recipient. Please contact your local FedEx office to find out the exact rate charged at the time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. We also accept payment by wire transfer and check or money order. All check and money order payments will be subject to a 14-business day hold for fund verification purposes.

Our preferred method of payment for all international clients is wire/bank transfer. It is the easiest and quickest form of payment. We can also take payment by Credit Card but acceptance of a Credit Card payment is subject to verification by our CC department. If the Credit Cards’ client information, such as billing address, cannot be verified then payment must be made by wire transfer.

Do you provide certification for your diamonds?
A full detailed Appraisal Certificate will accompany each and every item purchased from Mark Broumand. A certificate also accompanies some items from an independent company such as EGL or GIA. Please see the product detail page for availability.

Are your diamonds conflict free?
Mark Broumand is adamant about the ethical sourcing of diamonds. We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected diamond suppliers and sight holders from around the world that adhere to the standards established by the Kimberly Process. You can rest assured that we purchase diamond from only conflict free sources.

What is your return policy?
We are here to make sure you are 110% satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves in delivering exactly what we advertise and promise. You are more than welcome to return any item within seven days of receiving it if you are not fully satisfied for any reason. International clients will have an extension on the return period. A return authorization number must be requested within the seven-day period.

Items must be in original condition, unworn and unused. All original paperwork such as Diamond Certificates and Appraisal Certificates must be returned with the item. A fee will be charged for any missing documentation.

We cannot offer returns on items that have been resized at your request before shipment. We cannot offer returns on custom made orders. We do offer an exchange policy or store credit for all sized or customized items. A 100% refund will be given to you on your purchase minus shipping charges.

Can you customize a ring to my specifications?
The beautiful and unique pieces found on the Mark Broumand website are mostly custom made from scratch. All items found on the site, under most categories, are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Pieces such at eternity bands are in stock in standard sizes, size 6.5, and will need to be created for each individual order if ordered in a different size. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for specific sizes. We can size and ship any ring within one to two days for most rings that do not have diamonds set all the way around the shank.

Any design can be customized to your personal liking or taste. Designs with larger diamonds can be created with smaller ones and vice versa. Please contact us with any special requests.

Items under the Special Orders (Recently Sold) section have been sold already but can be recreated for you within the same specifications of the original piece. Prices will vary depending on diamond availability and cost at the time of the request.
