  2. Do you ship internationally?

    We are proud to offer our unique and extraordinary pieces to the world. All of our international orders are shipped through FedEx, fully insured. Your package is handled with the utmost care throughout the shipping process and delivery is guaranteed.

  3. What are your shipping terms and do you offer insurance?

    All packages are shipped and fully insured through FedEx. As always your shipping charges are free! Shipments are one hundred percent guaranteed and risk-free. Packages must be signed for at time of delivery.

  4. Do you offer fraud protection?

    We are very careful with all shipments and each and every package must go through a series of fraud protection initiatives before the package is sent out. We only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card.

    For shipments to an alternate shipping address: You must contact your credit card company and request for a note to be placed on your account with the alternate address so that we can call and verify. We can then ship to the alternate address. Wire transfer payments are eligible for shipment to any address.

  5. Do you charge tax for international orders?

    Value added tax (VAT) is charged to all international clients by your local customs or duties office. VAT charges are based on the location of the recipient. Please contact your local FedEx office to find out the exact rate charged at the time of delivery.

  6. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments by all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. We also accept payment by wire transfer and check or money order. All check and money order payments will be subject to a 14-business day hold for fund verification purposes.

    Our preferred method of payment for all international clients is wire/bank transfer. It is the easiest and quickest form of payment. We can also take payment by Credit Card but acceptance of a Credit Card payment is subject to verification by our CC department. If the Credit Cards’ client information, such as billing address, cannot be verified then payment must be made by wire transfer.

  7. Do you provide certification for your diamonds?

    A full detailed Appraisal Certificate will accompany each and every item purchased from Mark Broumand. A certificate also accompanies some items from an independent company such as EGL or GIA. Please see the product detail page for availability.
