Custom diamond rings can be created for engagement rings, anniversary or eternity bands, "just because you can" right-hand rings or wedding bands for him or her. Mark is personally invested in every step of the custom design process.
The Custom Design Process
Inspiration - Would you like to replicate a family heirloom? Have you seen elements from different jewelry pieces that you would like to combine into one dazzling ring? Would you like to capture a memory in diamonds? No matter what your inspiration is, Mark Broumand can create a custom diamond ring that will be cherished for generations to come. The custom request form allows you to provide as much detail about your design as possible. You can also upload images or provide the urls of any webpages that reference your design ideas. Mark Broumand will personally review your quote request and provide you with a cost estimate by phone or email within one business day. Once you choose to proceed, a deposit will be required to begin building your ring.
Design – 3D technology turns your inspiration into a visual reality. You will be able to view your piece digitally from every possible angle via 3D rendering. Though it is not often needed, any changes can be requested during the design phase. Once approval of the 3D rendering is received, we move on to the creation process.
Creation – A 3D printing machine makes it possible to create a wax model of your ring. This wax model is cast in the precious metal of your choice to create the ring's setting. Gemstones are selected for the final piece. The stones are hand set and the piece goes through final cleaning, finishing and polishing. Mark again inspects the piece for the highest quality for which his company is renowned.
Presentation – Professional photographs of your piece are taken and sent for your review. Final payment is due upon your visual satisfaction. Your custom ring is then appraised by a G.I.A. graduate. It is shipped to you with our certificate of authenticity, packaged in a beautiful box. The lifelong quality of your custom piece is ensured by our certificate of authenticity. We assure you that your new custom ring will be built to last for a lifetime and we guarantee all of our work.
