Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident you will love your new Mark Broumand piece! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its new, unused condition for a full refund or exchange within seven days of receiving the order. There will be no return shipping fee or restocking fee.

Each Mark Broumand piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Special orders, made-to-order designs, and pieces that have been customized or resized are eligible for a 100% credit toward another Mark Broumand piece. Our standard in-stock ring size is 6.5. Certain exclusions may apply—please contact us for further details.

Your credit must be applied toward a piece of equal or greater value as your original order and cannot be transferred, combined, or applied toward a pre-existing order.

We take great pride in ensuring that every custom design reflects your vision perfectly. In the rare event that you are not entirely delighted with your bespoke piece, our team will collaborate with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our return period is within 7 days of receiving your item. To return an order, please contact us at 1-866-676-9676 or 213-488-0073. We will email you a fully insured FedEx Two-Day shipping label and it will include instructions on how to package and ship your item from your nearest FedEx facility. Returns will be processed within a week of receipt.

Lifetime Warranty

At Mark Broumand we are committed to a superior quality standard. Each piece is handcrafted and quality inspected before shipment. We take pride in our standard for diamond quality and skilled craftsmanship. We are pleased to offer a three-month warranty against any manufacturing defects and a lifetime warranty on the precious metal and diamond authenticity. Free lifetime in-store cleaning and inspection are always available. We recommend having your piece deep cleaned and refinished once every year to two years depending on wear. We do offer this service at a nominal fee. Shipping and insurance are extra.

Insuring Your Jewelry

Mark Broumand recommends independently insuring the ring with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance against loss, theft, or damage. There are also specialty jewelry insurance companies, like Jeweler’s Mutual, that will insure all exquisite Mark Broumand pieces.
